And Hope flickers on.....

When dark is the night,

and the lights are out;

When nothing is right,

and your mind is in doubt;

Follow the ray of hope

to a new dawn,

to a new day.

When you want to run,

but you cannot walk;

When you want to yell,

but cannot talk;

Fly on the wings of hope

in the fathomless sky,

to the farthest horizons.

When you are marooned

in the desert of solitude;

When a drop of love

seems a mirage to you;

Ride the winds of hope

to a different land

to a new world.

And when you hold on

to that little hope,

and keep on hanging

to the only rope;

God will soon

give you strength,

enough to climb

the heaven’s length.

So remember the words

they always say –

Never give up,

And keep up the faith.
